Returns & Refunds

Items* may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Refunds issued will be returned to the card used at the original purchase.

*Items excluded are Shop Organics gift cards, personalized, customized, or made to order items, made to order furniture, perishables & opened food products, jewelry for piercings, and items with a hygiene seal (swimwear, underwear) that is broken.

If you receive a faulty item, it will need to be returned to the appropriate seller in a stamped self addressed post pack that they will provide you, or alternatively the seller’s discretion photo proof may be sufficient. Once the item is returned & received, you may select either a full refund, store credit or at the sellers discretion and your choice, a replacement.

If you change your mind on a purchase, once the applicable seller has received the returned item you will receive a store credit to the same value of the original purchase. Please note, return postage expenses are at your cost, and you must ensure you use a traceable delivery service as credit are not issued until the item is received.

If you have ordered a product that is out of stock or unavailable, full refund or store credit will be issued, including any applicable postage amount paid.
